We must pass Question 1, the proposed Transportation Plan and Question 2 for a half-cent sales tax. Your vote May 16 to approve the two measures, will be a vote for a comprehensive approach to better transportation in Pima County.
Our region is growing rapidly and we must plan and pay to improve roads and decrease traffic congestion so that firefighters and emergency care staff can reach a critical situation before it becomes life-threatening.
This is especially important when someone is unstable and threatening to hurt themselves or others. Every minute counts to save lives and defuse a volatile situation.
Start today by voting yes for Questions 1 and 2. Help our hospitals and health care providers, our police, fire and emergency service personnel quickly respond and intervene to save lives – perhaps even that of yourself or a loved one.
